Why Choose The Green Card Prep: What We Do Differently
24-hour onboarding, 24/7 chat, a team review that includes our founder, and interview training. What's included — and who we are not the right fit for.
📋 Informational · Not legal advice
MBO Immigration LLC (The Green Card Prep) is a document preparation service — we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We do not promise approval of any case; USCIS decides. Information verified on October 26, 2026.
Short answer: The Green Card Prep is for families who qualify for a green card through marriage, a family petition or a K-1 visa and want a team that works in Spanish (and English) to prepare, review and file their case — with 24-hour onboarding, 24/7 chat, a team review that includes the founder and interview training — at a fixed price below a typical attorney fee and with payment plans or financing. If your case carries legal risk, we are not the right choice, and we tell you so.
What we do differently
1. We start within 24 hours
Many people lose weeks between “I hired someone” and “we started.” With us, onboarding happens within 24 hours of signing: a checklist built for your case, a folder to upload documents and a timeline with next steps.
2. 24/7 chat
Questions don’t arrive during office hours. You get 24/7 chat support on WhatsApp with the team assigned to your case — in Spanish or English.
3. A full team review, including the founder
Your package isn’t seen by just one person. Every package is reviewed by our team — including our founder, Martha Benavides — before it goes to USCIS. USCIS can deny a case without asking for more evidence when required initial evidence is missing; review before filing is your best defense.
4. We guide you from start to finish
We don’t hand you forms and wish you luck. We guide you through documents, forms, filing, the biometrics appointment, case follow-up and the document response if a Request for Evidence arrives.
5. Interview training
The interview is where nerves run highest. We include interview training: practice with common questions, a review of your own file and what to bring that day. It’s educational preparation — you (and your spouse) attend the interview; we do not represent you legally.
6. Fixed price and payment options
Fixed written price before we start. You can pay in installments or finance through providers like Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, subject to provider approval.

Who we work with (and who we don’t)
We work with families who:
- Are married to a citizen or resident, engaged to a citizen (K-1), or want to petition for parents, children or siblings
- Entered the U.S. lawfully (if the process is inside the country)
- Have no criminal record or immigration court case
- Have a sponsor who meets the minimum income, or a joint sponsor
- Can cover the USCIS fees at filing (from $2,015 online for a marriage case inside the U.S.)
We recommend an attorney if: you entered without inspection, have a removal order, a criminal record, a court case or asylum in court, or a prior denial for fraud. Our job is preparing documents, not legal strategy.

What is the best green card service in Spanish?
It depends on your case. If you qualify and want human support in Spanish at a fixed price, The Green Card Prep is a good fit. If you prefer an English-first platform, Boundless and SimpleCitizen are well-known options. If your case has legal risks, the best option is an immigration attorney.

Who is Martha Benavides?
Martha Benavides is the founder of The Green Card Prep and an immigration document preparer. She shares educational content in Spanish as @marti_bbo.
Results
Some clients have received their green card in as little as 2 months; others have waited 12 months or more. USCIS controls processing times — we don’t. Results vary by case.
