1. We are not attorneys

MBO Immigration LLC is an immigration document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not represent clients before USCIS, and we do not provide legal advice. We help you complete forms and organize evidence based on the information you give us. For complex legal situations (removal proceedings, criminal history, prior denials, waivers, etc.) we recommend hiring a licensed immigration attorney.

2. Services

We offer USCIS form preparation, certified translations, and document review. The exact scope is defined in the quote or written agreement you sign with us before work begins.

3. Your responsibility

• Provide correct, complete, and truthful information.
• Deliver requested documents on time.
• Pay agreed fees and government USCIS filing fees.
• Make your own legal decisions or consult them with an attorney.

4. Pricing and payments

Quotes are per service and do not include USCIS filing fees, medical exams, or government postage (unless your written agreement says otherwise). Payments may be made via Stripe, LawPay, or other approved methods. Fees paid for services already started are generally non-refundable; refunds are reviewed case by case according to the written agreement.

5. No guarantee of approval

No preparer or attorney can guarantee USCIS approval. We work carefully, but USCIS makes the final decision. Published timelines are estimates based on public data.

6. Electronic communication

We will send communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone related to your case, appointments, and USCIS updates. You consent to receive these communications. You can stop messages at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, templates) is owned by MBO Immigration LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

8. Site provided "as is"

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it secure and current, but we don’t warrant it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, MBO Immigration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Some links go to official sites (USCIS, Department of State) or to third parties. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut, except as otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above. If you keep using the site after the change, you accept the new version.
