At MBO Immigration LLC (“MBO Immigration”, “we”, or “us”) we respect your privacy and take protecting your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

MBO Immigration LLC is an immigration document preparation service based in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We serve clients in all 50 U.S. states.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone, email, address, dates of birth, passport / ID numbers, information about your spouse or petitioner, immigration history, evidence of relationship, and any other data needed to prepare your forms.
• Communications: the content of messages you send us via SMS, WhatsApp, web chat (including the LeadConnector / GoHighLevel chat widget on this site), email, or phone calls.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, dates and times of visits, cookies, and device identifiers (via Cloudflare and standard analytics tools).

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver the services you hire us for (forms, certified translations, USCIS packet organization).
• To respond to you when you contact us and to follow up.
• To send you case updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email (appointment reminders, USCIS updates, document requests).
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with the law.

4. SMS and WhatsApp messages (express consent)

When you give us your phone number through a form, chat, or direct message, you give express consent for us to send you SMS / MMS / WhatsApp messages related to your case, appointments, USCIS updates, replies to your questions, and, where applicable, offers related to our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Frequency: varies, depending on the stage of your case. To stop messages: reply STOP to any SMS, send "STOP" on WhatsApp, or email [email protected]. For help: reply HELP or call +1 (203) 554-3170.

We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages are stored in GoHighLevel / LeadConnector as part of your case file.

5. How we share information

We share your information only when needed, for example:

• With USCIS and other government agencies as part of the packet you authorize us to submit.
• With service providers that help us operate (payment processors like Stripe, web hosting Cloudflare, GoHighLevel for CRM and messaging). These providers only access what is needed and follow their own security policies.
• When required by law, for example, in response to a court order.

We never sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works and to understand how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, although some features may not work properly.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information (HTTPS site-wide, restricted CRM access, backups). No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Your rights

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request corrections if it is wrong.
• Request deletion (subject to legal record-keeping obligations for immigration cases).
• Withdraw consent for messages at any time (see section 4).

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we will notify you by email or SMS if we have that information.
